Tim Ikan ( Steamed Fish )

Tim Ikan / Steamed FishBahan  :  ( Ingredients : )
1    ikan  apa saja , bersihkan  (  baramandi or any , cleaned and scaled )
2    tbsp parutan jahe  (  finely grated ginger )
garam dan lada secukupnya ( salt and pepper )
2    tbsp  kecap asin ( soy sauce )
2    tbsp minyak wijen  ( sesame oil )
2   daun bawang iris  diagonal  ( spring onions , finely sliced diagonally )

Hiasan : (  Garnish : ) if  used
–  daun ketumbar / wan sui  ( fresh coriander leaves )
–  daun bawang iris memanjang ( scallion , long sliced  )
–  cabe merah , buang biji , iris diagonal (  red chilli , seeded, finely sliced )

Cara Memasak : ( Method : )
1.    Ikan dilumuri dengan parutan jahe, garam, lada, diamkan sebentar
( marinate the fish with salt, pepper, grated ginger for a while )
2.    Ikan di tim dengan ditaburi daun bawang iris,  hingga masak  ( steam the fish  sprinkle  with  spring onions and is ready when the flesh flakes easily and the colour milky white)
3.     Hias dengan daun ketumbar , daun bawang, cabe iris ( garnish with coriander leaves, scallion, red chilli )
