Tumis sawi / Chinese Cabbage

Tumis Sawi / chinese CabbageBahan : ( Ingredients : )

1/2     sawi yang besar  , potong – potong ( chinese cabbage ,sliced )
250   gr udang kupas kulit  ( peeled prawns )
3         siung bawang putih, haluskan ( crushed garlic )
1         tsp  parutan jahe  ( crushed ginger )
1         cabe merah buang biji , iris ( red chilli, seeded, sliced )
2         tbsp kecap kikkomen ( soy sauce kikkomen )
3         tbsp minyak sayur ( vegetable Oil )
1/2    cup air kaldu ayam  ( chicken stock )
garam , gula, lada secukupnya ( salt, sugar, pepper to taste )

Cara Membuat : ( Method : )
1.    Panaskan minyak, tumis udangnya, masukan jahe, bawang putih aduk rata , masukan kecap , air kaldu, garam, lada, gula sampai udang matang.         ( Heat oil in the wok,  add prawn, ginger, garlic, stir-fry , add soy sauce, chicken stock, salt, pepper, sugar, stir-fry util prawns cooked )
2.    Masukan cabe dan sawi , aduk rata, tutup wajannya sebentar agar sawinya matang .   ( Add chilli, cabbage, stir-fry , lid for a while to cook the cabbage )
