Babi Panggang / Roast Pork

Babi Panggang / roast PorkBahan : ( Ingredients : )

2      kg    babi bagian perut  ( pork belly )

Campurkan :
1       tbsp garam ( salt )
1/2  tsp lada ( white pepper )
1/2  tsp  bumbu ngohiong   ( five spice powder )

Cara Membuat  : ( Method : )

1.    Gerat – gerat  bagian dari daging dengan agak dalam  ( make shallow cut to the meat )
2     Sapukan campuran bumbu diatas keseluruh babi ( rub the salt mixture to the pork )

3.    Panaskan oven 210 dgr C   ( preheat oven to 210 dgr )
4.    Masukan daging ke oven dengan bagian kulit diatas panggang 30 menit ( Place the pork, skin side up  )

5.     Panggang 30 mins , kecilkan  ke 180 dgr C panggang kira – kira 1  1/2 jam/ sampai matang     (  cook the pork for 30  mins, reduce temperature to 180 dgr  C  and cook  1 1/2 hours    until the pork cooked )
