Kacang Panjang Terasi / Long Beans BelacanBahan : ( Ingredients : )

400    gr     kacang panjang, potong – potong  2 1/2 cm ( long beans, cut to 2 1/2 cm length)
30      gr  udang kering , rendam diair panas  10 menit, ulek kasar ( dried shrimps soak with boiled water for about 10 mnts , roughly grounded )
4         bawang putih, haluskan   ( garlic, crushed  )
6         bawang merah  ( shallots ,  crushed   )
2         cabe merah rajang halus ( chillies, finely sliced )
2         tsp  terasi ( belacan /  shrimps paste)
4         tbsp minyak  sayur ( vegetable oil )
garam , gula, sambal ulek secukupnya  ( salt, sugar, chilli paste to taste )

Cara Membuat : (  How To Make  :  )

1.      Panaskan minyak,    masukkan ebi, bawang putih, bawang merah, cabe aduk – aduk hingga harum .Kalau suka pedas tambahkan sambal ulek
( Heat the oil, add  dried shrimps, garlic, shallots, chillies , stir  until fragrant. If you like spicy add chilli paste )
2.     Masukkan kacang panjang , terasi  rasakan , jika kurang asin tambahkan garam.Aduk  rata, tutup wajannya sebentar agar kacangnya  matang. ( Add long beans, belacan,  add salt to taste. Stir fry , put the lid on the wok  to make the long beans cooked )
