Babi Panggang Merah / BBQ POrk

Bahan : ( Ingredients  : )
1    kg         daging has atau leher babi,  potong memanjang  (  pork loin or  , cut length ways )
5   cloves  bawang putih, tumbuk   ( garlic , crushed )
5    tbsps   gula pasir/ madu   (  sugar / honey )
1/2 tbsps  pewarna  atau angkak tumbuk  ( food colouring  or special rice  , grounded   )
2    tbsps    arak masak  ( Chinese rice wine  )
3    tbsps    kecap manis  ( sweet soy sauce  )
2    tbsps    minyak  wijen  ( sesame oil )
2    tbsps     hoisin sauce
2    tsps       bumbu ngohiong  ( chinese five spice )
garam secukupnya  ( salt to taste )

Cara membuat  :  ( Method :  )
1.     Campur semua bumbu dan dagingnya, rendam semalam taruh dikulkas.
(  Combine all ingredients with the pork , place in the fridge for 1 night  . )
2.     Panaskan oven 220 derajad , panggang babinya sampai matang, loyang bawahnya kasih air.
(  Preheat oven 22o deg. C,  roast the pork until tender and caramelised , add water to roasting pan)
