Ngo Hiong

BAHAN :

500 gr      babi/ayam cincang
200 gr      udang cincang
1       btr    telur
1      sdm  minyak wijen
75   gr      wortel kupas ,potong kotak-kotak kecil
2     batang daun bawang,iris tipis
1    sdm    sagu
1    sdt      bumbu ngohiong
4    siung  bawang  putih
1    sdm    kecap ikan
garam ,lada,gula, kulit tahu yang basah

CARA MEMBUAT :

  1. Semua bahan dicampur jadi satu kecuali kulit tahu
  2. Adonan diletakan diatas kulit tahu, dibungkus, kukus sampai matang, dinginkan
  3. Setelah dingin , baru digoreng
