Lo-Bak BanjarBAHAN :
Daging babi masak kecap, dipotong-potong
5     sdm kuah babi masak kecap
2     telur ayam rebus, dipotong-potong
1      buah ketimun, diiris-iris
1/2 sdm cuka

Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
5     buah cabe merah, dibuang bijinya
10  siung bawang putih
1/2 sdt garam
1      sdt  gula

CARA MEMBUAT :
1.    Susun babi, telur dan ketimun dipiring
2.   Campurkan  bumbu yang dihaluskan dengan cuka dan kuahnya jadi satu
3.    Tuangkan campuran kuah keatas susunan babi, telur, ketimun.
