Ayam Panggang Bumbu Rujak

Ayam Panggang Bumbu RujakBAHAN :( INGREDIENTS🙂
1   ekor ayam  panggang  di oven, potong 8  ( 1 whole  bbq chicken ,cut into 8)
3   sdm  minyak sayur ( 3 tbsp vegetable oils )
2   batang serai bagian putihnya ( 2  white part lemon grass )
2  cm langkuas ,memarkan ( 2  cm galangal , bruised )
4 lbr daun jeruk purut  ( 4 pcs  kaffir  lime leaves )
500 cc santan kental ( 500 cc coconut milk )
1  sdm air asam jawa ( 1 tbsp tamarind juice )
3 sdm kacang goreng tumbuk ( 3 tbsp ground peanuts )

BUMBU DIHALUSKAN : (  SPICE PASTE :  )
5   buah cabe merah  ,buang biji ( 5 red chillies , seeded )
10 bawang merah ( 10 shallots )
4   bawang putih ( 4 cloves garlic )
6   butir kemiri sangrai ( 6 stirfry candlenuts )
4 cm kunyit  ( 4 cm tumeric root )
2 sdt ketumbar sangrai ( 2 tsp corriander seed roasted )
1 sdt gula ( 1 tsp sugar )
garam ( salt )

CARA   MEMBUAT 😦 METHOD )
1.   Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus ,serai, langkuas hingga harum ( heat oil, add the spice paste, lemon grass, galangal, lime leaves  stirring until  fragrant )
2.  masukan ayam , aduk – aduk, tambahkan santan, air asam, kacang goreng, didihkan , kecilkan api, masak sampai santan habis.( add chicken, stir  well, add coconut milk, tamarind juice, ground nuts, cook until the the sauce is absorbed and dries ).
