Banana Sultana BreadBAHAN : ( INGREDIENTS ) :
2   cups  terigu  untuk membuat roti ( self – raising flour )
2   tsp   pala bubuk  ( ground nutmeg )
1/2  cup gula  ( caster sugar )
2/3  cup  kismis ( sultana )
1   cup susu ( non fat milk )
2  telur ( eggs )
1  cup pisang yang dihaluskan ( mashed banana )

CARA   MEMBUAT : ( METHOD ) :
1.   Panaskan oven 180 dan olesi loyang   24  x 13,5 cm dengan mentega ( Preheat oven to 180 and grease  24 x 13,5 cm the loaf tin )
2.   Campur susu, telur, pisang , gula dan di mixer ( Combine milk, eggs, banana, sugar , mix until batter is well combined )
3.   Tambahkan tepung dan pala bubuk sambil diayak, tambahkan juga kismis. adonan di aduk dengan sendok sampai rata, masukan ke loyang .Bakar 50 n menit
( Sift flour, nutmeg  into batter, add sultana, mix with the spoon , and spoon the mixture into perpared tin. Bake for 50 minutes ).
