Salad VietnameseBAHAN  : ( INGREDIENTS : )
1 1/2 cups bihun yg telah direndam air panas( rice noodles, softens in boiling water )
1         cup   udang panggang ( grilled prawn )
1/2    cup  toge ( bean sprouts)
1/2    cup irisan ketimun ( lebanese cucumber,thinly sliced )
1/2    cup irisan wortel ( carrot-julien sliced )
2         tbsp  kacang tanah cincang atau tumbuk ( chopped roast peanut)
1         cup campuran  daun ketumbar,mint,kemangi ( mix basil, mint,corriander)
SAUS  : ( DRESSING : )
3        tbsp kecap ikan ( fish sauce )
2        tbsp  air   (water)
1        tbsp  air jeruk nipis ( lime juice fresh)
1        cabe merah  buang biji iris halus ( red chilli seeded and slice finely)
1        tbsp minyak wijen ( sesame oil )
1        tsp  gula ( sugar )

CARA MEMBUAT : ( METHOD : )

1.   Tempatkan  semua bahan dipiring selada ( place all ingrediends in  a salad plate)
2.   Campur rata semua bahan saus ( mix well all  dressing ingredients )
3.   Tuang saus ke selada ( pour  the dressing over the salad )
