KetoprakBAHAN  : ( INGREDIENTS : )
1   cup bihun ,seduh air panas 5 menit, tiriskan( rice vermicelli , soak in hot water for 5 minutes, drained  )
1    ketupat dipotong-potong ( sliced rice cake )
1  cup toge ,seduh air panas, tiriskan ( bean sprouts , soak in hot water, drained )
1   tahu goreng, iris-iris ( fried  bean curd- tofu, sliced )
1  gengam kerupuk goreng  ( handfull fried cracker )
1  tsp bawang goreng (  fried shallots )
1  tbsp kecap manis (Indonesian  sweet soy sauce )
BUMBU KACANG , HALUSKAN : (PEANUT SAUCE, GROUNDED : )
3 tbsp   kacang goreng  ( fried peanuts )
2      bawang putih ( garlic )
3      cabe rebus ( boiled chillies )
1/2 tsp garam ( salt )
1      tbsp air asam jawa ( tamarind juice )
1/2 tbsp  gula jawa ( palm sugar )
2     tbsp air ( water )

CARA MEMBUAT : ( METHODS : )
1.  Susun dipiring, ketupat, toge, bihun, tahu  dan siramkan bumbu kacang  dan kecap manis diatasnya ( place on the plate, rice cake, bean sprouts, rice vermicelli, fried bean curd  and  cover with peanut sauce  and sweet soy sauce )
2.  Taburi dengan bawang goreng dan kerupuk  ( sprinkle with fried shallots and fried cracker )
