LaksaBAHAN  :  ( INGREDIENTS : )
1      ekor ayam direbus, dagingnya di potong-potong ( 1 boiled chicken, sliced the meat )
250 udang direbus,buang kulitnya ( boiled prawns, discard shells )
250 gr taoge buang buntutnya, seduh dengan air mendidih,tiriskan ( bean sprouts, tails removed, soaked in hot water, drain )
4      telur rebus ( boiled eggs )
250 gr bihun direndam air panas, tiriskan ( rice vermicelli, soaked in hot water, drain )
1      bunch daun kemangi ( basil leaves )

KUAH : ( SOUP 🙂
7o0   cc santan  (  coconut milk )
300   cc kaldu ayam ( chicken stock )
2        lembar daun salam ( bay leaves )
1        sereh , memarkan ( lemon grass, bruised )
2       tbsp minyak ( oil )
5      cm lengkuas  ( galangal )
Haluskan  : (  grounded )
10   bawang merah ( shallot )
4     bawang putih ( garlic )
1      tbsp ketumbar  ( coriander seed )
1     jari kunyit ( finger tumeric )
10  kemiri ( candle nuts )
1     tsp terasi ( shrimp paste )
garam .

CARA MEMBUAT  : ( METHOD : )
1.   Bumbu halus ditumis sampai harum, masukkan kaldu dan santan, salam, sereh,lengkuas aduk- aduk sampai masak. ( Heat the oil and  add the paste ,stir well , add  chicken stock, coconut milk, bay leaves, lemon grass, galangal,  simmer until cook )
2.   Letakkan bihun, toge,telur,udang, daging ayam daun kemangi dimangkok.Siram dengan kuahnya.( place in a bowl vermicelli, bean sprouts, egg, prawns, chicken meat, basil. Pour the soup over it )
