Fried Rice ( Nasi Goreng )

Fried Rice  ( Nasi Goreng  )Bahan : ( Ingredients : )
3      cup nasi dingin    ( cold steam rice )
3      pcs   bacon diiris – iris, buang lemaknya (  sliced  middle   bacon )
2      telur  di kocok   ( eggs , lightly beaten )
2      pcs  lap ciong, diiris-iris  ( chinese sausages , sliced )
1/2  cup wortel potong dadu kecil  ( small diced carrot )
10    butir  bawang merah   dihaluskan  ( shallot,  grounded )
2      siung bawang putih dihaluskan  ( cloves garlic,  grounded )
3      tbsp  kecap manis  (Indonesian sweet soy sauce )
2      tbsp kecap asin  (  Indonesian salty soy sauce  or  fish sauce)
2      tsp kaldu ayam bubuk (  chicken powder )
garam dan lada secukupnya ( salt and pepper to taste )
5    tbsp  minyak goreng ( oil )

Pelengkap : ( served with : )
1     ketimun,  diiris-iris ( cucumber, sliced )
1     tomat, diiris – iris ( tomato, sliced )
3     telur didadar tipis, gulung, iris ( omelet, rolled , sliced  )
2     tbsp  bawang merah goreng ( fried shallot )

Cara membuat : ( Method : )
1.    Panaskan  2 sdm minyak, dadar telur, aduk -aduk, angkat , sisihkan.(heat 2 tbsp oil, add eggs, make  scrambled, break up into large pieces, set aside )
2.   Panaskan 3 sdm minyak, masukan lap ciong, bacon, wortel, aduk- aduk, masukan bawang merah, bawang putih, telur dadar, beri garam, lada, aduk rata. ( heat  3 tbsp oil, add chinese sausages, bacon, carrot, stirring, add shallot, garlic, scrambled eggs, salt , pepper, stirring frequently. )
3.  Masukan nasi, kecap , kaldu ayam, aduk rata sampai nasi cukup panas. ( add cooked rice, sauce, chicken powder, stir fry until the rice is heated through. )
