Baso Goreng ( Fried Meat Ball )

Baso Goreng ( Fried Meat Ball )Bahan :  ( Ingredients : )
300  gr   babi/ ayam cincang ( pork / chicken minced )
200  gr   udang cincang  ( prawn minced )
5       telur  ( eggs )
5       siung bawang putih , haluskan ( grounded garlic )
3       cup  sagu ( tapioka  flour )
2       tbsp minyak wijen  ( sesame oil )
2       tsp baking powder
Gula, garam, lada secukupnya ( sugar, salt, pepper to taste )
Minyak goreng ( vegetable oil )

Cara   membuat : ( Methods : )
1.     Campur semua bahan jadi satu, aduk rata, kecuali sagu  dimasukkan terahir.  (  mix  well all ingredients  except tapioka flour , the last one )
2.     Panaskan minyak, dan masukan adonan dengan dibentuk bulat memakai sendok makan ,goreng hingga matang. ( heat the oil and deep fry the balls until golden brown  – use two spoon to shape the balls  )

Sambal baso : ( Chilli sauce : )
Cabe merah buang biji tumbuk kasar, garam, gula, cuka, air dicampur jadi satu. (  mix well grounded  seeded red chilli, salt, sugar, vinegar ,water )
