Udang Gulung / Rollade Prawn

Udang Gulung / Rollade PrawnBahan  : ( Ingredients : )
500  gr   udang cincang   ( prawn minced )
5        siung bawang putih , haluskan  ( garlic, paste  )
2        tbsp   meizena  ( cornflour )
2        telur , kocok  ( eggs, lightly beat  )
garam, lada secukupnya ( salt and pepper to taste )
minyak  ( oil  )

Adonan pencelup : ( batter 🙂
2   telur (eggs )
1   tbsp terigu ( flour )

Telur Dadar : ( Omelette🙂
5   telur,  dikocok ( eggs , beat )
2   tbsp  terigu   ( flour )
2   tbsp air ( water )
garam secukupnya ( salt to taste )
– Semua bahan dicampur jadi satu, dan buat menjadi 3 telur dadar ukuran garis tengah 22 cm ( mix  all ingredients  and make 3 omelettes diameter 22 cm )

Cara membuat :  ( Methods : )
1.  Campur udang, bawang putih, meizena, telur , garam, lada , jadi satu (mix prawn minced, garlic, cornflour, eggs, salt, pepper together )
2.  Letakan telur dadar diatas plastik / aluminium foil dan diatas telur dadar letakkan campuran udang, gulung lalu kukus 20 menit  ( place the omelette on the plastic/ aluminium foil and  put the prawn mixture in the middle, roll up,  and then steam for 20 mnts.)
3.  Dinginkan  di lemari es 30 mnt, celupkan keadonan pencelup, goreng hingga kuning, dinginkan baru potong-potong.( refrigerated for 30 mnts ,  drop into the batter , fry until golden brown, allow to cool , and slice )
