Rendang Daging / Beef Rendang

Rendang DagingBahan : ( Ingredients🙂
1   kg     daging sapi, potong 8 x 6 x 3 cm ( beef, cut into 8 x 6  x 3 cm )
5  cup  santan kental ( coconut milk / cream )
1  tbsp  lengkuas giling  ( ground galanggal  )
2  tbsp  bawang merah  (  ground shallot    )
1  tbsp   bawang putih  (ground garlic )
1  tbsp  kunyit  (  ground turmeric )
5  tbsp  cabe merah giling  ( ground red chilli  )
3  pcs   serai ( lemon grass )
4  pcs   daun jeruk purut ( kaffir lime  leaves )
2  pcs   daun salam ( bay leaves )
2  pcs   daun kunyit (   turmeric leaves )
1  tbsp  asam kandis ( tamarind )
garam secukupnya  (  salt   to taste )

Cara membuat : ( Methods : )
1.   Campur semua bahan dan  masak sampai mendidih, kecilkan api, aduk- aduk,  masak terus sampai santannya kering , dan keluar minyaknya dan juga warnanya  coklat kehitaman. Lamanya memasak  sedikitnya 4 jam .
( Mix all ingredients and bring to boil, reduced the heat, stir well, and cook until the coconut milk dry  and the oil come out and also the colour become dark brown. Cook at least 4 hours )
