Perkedel Korned

Perkedel KornedBahan :
1         kg  kentang kupas, potong-potong, goreng
300  gr   korned  sapi
4        tbsp  bawang goreng , hancurkan
1         merah telur , kocok lepas
garam, gula, lada, pala secukupnya
daun bawang, saledri  dirajang halus, kalau suka

Pencelup  :
1         putih telur, kocok lepas

Cara membuat :
1.     Kentang  goreng panas-panas dihaluskan.
2.     Campurkan kentang  dengan semua bahan , aduk rata, bentuk bulat, pipihkan .
3.     Panaskan minyak agak banyak agar menutupi seluruh perkedel waktu digoreng.
4.     Celupkan perkedel keputih telur dan goreng perkedel hingga kuning kecoklatan.
