Rujak Juhi / Dried Calamari salad

Rujak Juhi / Calamari saladBahan : ( Ingredients : )
400    gr      mi basah , seduh dengan air panas, tiriskan  ( fresh noodle , soaked  , drained )
1/2    selada iceberg , iris – iris  ( iceberg lettuce , thinly sliced  )
2         pcs   ketimun, iris – iris   ( lebanese cucumber, sliced )
100   gr      juhi, bakar, rendam dengan air panas, suwir-suwir (  grill dried calamari / cattlefish , soaked with boiled water, shredded )
4        telur rebus ,  iris-iris      ( boiled eggs, sliced )
2        tahu goreng , iris-iris     ( fried tofu , sliced )
4        kentang rebus, goreng , iris-iris ( boiled potatoes, fried, sliced )
75     gr emping goreng            (  fried nut crackers )

Saus Kacang  : ( Peanut Sauce : )
200  gr   kacang tanah, goreng , haluskan  (  peanut, fried , grounded )
1         tsp   garam  ( salt )
6        cloves   bawang putih, haluskan ( garlic , crushed )
3        tbsp  kecap manis (  sweet soya sauce )
1        cup  air  panas       (  hot water )
2        tbsp  air jeruk nipis ( lime juice)

Sambal : ( Chilli  Sauce : )
100   gr  cabe,  rebus   (  chillies , boiled  )
garam secukupnya      ( pinch of salt )
1      tbsp   air jeruk nipis  (  lime juice )

Cara Membuat :  (  How To Make  : )

Saus Kacang  : ( Peanut Sauce : )
1.     Campur semua bahan saus kacang , aduk hingga rata
(  Mix well  all the peanut sauce ingredients  )

Sambal :(  Chili sauce  : )
1.     Haluskan semua bahan sambal
( Blend all the ingredients  in  food proccessor)

Penyajian :  (  How   To Serve : )

Letakan  daun selada, kentang,  mie, ketimun, tahu, telur , juhi dipiring, siram dengan saus kacang,  tambahkan emping dan sambal diatasnya
( Place on the plate lettuce, potatoes,  noodle, cucumber, tofu, egg, cuttlefish,   and topped with the peanut sauce, chilli sauce , nut crackers )
