Tumis Kangkung / sauted water spinach

Tumis Kangkung / Sauted Water SpinachBahan😦 Ingredients : )

3        bunches kangkung , dipetik  daunnya, pisahkan batang dan daunnya ( watercress, leaves picked, separated the steams  and the leaves)
250  gr udang, buang kulitnya tinggalkan buntutnya ( shrimps. disgarding the skin , left tail )
3       cabe merah , iris serong ( red chillies, sliced obligue )
2       tbsp   tauco ,  sedikit dihaluskan ( salted beans, slightly mashed )
5       bawang merah, haluskan ( red onions, puree )
3       bawang putih , haluskan ( garlic, puree )
2       tbsp  kecap ikan ( fish sauce )
2      pcs   daun salam ( bay leaves )
1       tsp  gula ( sugar )
3      tbsp  minyak  sayur  ( vegetable oil )
garam bila diperlukan, cicipi dulu karena  tauco dan kecap ikan sudah agak asin ( salt  if needed, taste first because salted bean and fished sauce was a bit salty )

Cara membuat😦 How to cook : )
1.  Panaskan wajan, baru masukan minyak sayur, masukkan udangnya aduk- aduk  hingga setengah matang
( heat a frying pan, vegetable oil new entries, enter the shrimps  stir wel l until half cooked )

2.   Masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih, tauco, kecap ikan, cabe merah, daun salam, gula, aduk hingga  harum baunya
( enter the onion, garlic, salted bean, fish sauce, red chillies, bay leaves, sugar and stir until fragrant )

3.  Masukkan batang kangkung, aduk rata, baru masukkan daun kangkungnya, aduk rata, wajannya ditutup sebentar
( enter the watercress stem , stir, enter the leaves and stir well,  put the lid on the frying pan  for a while )

4.   Buka tutup wajannya,  matikan api kompornya dan pindahkan kangkungnya ke mangkuk saji.
( open the lid, turn off the stove fire, moved  watercress  into serving bowl )
