San Choy Bow

San Choy BowBahan :  ( Ingredients :  )
500  gr         babi/ayam cincang           ( pork minced )
6                  bawang merah , haluskan    ( shallots , puree )
2      cloves bawang putih, haluskan   (  garlic, puree  )
3      pcs        daun bawang  rajang          ( scallions, sliced )
1/2 tbsp       jahe parut                               ( ginger,  grated  )
2      tbsp      arak masak                              ( cooking wine   )
2      tbsp      kecap manis                            (  sweet soy sauce  )
1/2 cup       kaldu ayam/air                      ( chicken  stock  )
1      tbsp      minyak wijen                          ( sesame oil )
2      tbsp      minyak sayur                         ( vegetable oil  )
10   pcs       daun selada iceberg              ( iceberg lettuce )
tambahkan  wortel, water chesnut, jamur kalau suka
( you can   put  carrot , water chesnut, mushroom   )
garam, lada, gula secukupnya
( salt, pepper , sugar to taste  )

Cara membuat  : ( How to cook :  )
1.      Panaskan minyak sayur . masukan bawang merah, putih, jahe,  masak sampai  layu , baru tambahkan daging cincang,  daun bawang, aduk rata sampai daging tidak menggumpal.

2.      Tambahkan kecap manis, arak masak, minyak wijen, kaldu, aduk- aduk, tambahkan sayurannya,  masak sampai  kaldunya habis dan dagingnya matang.
3.      Sajikan diatas daun selada yang  berbentuk mangkoknya.
