Telur Teh / Tea Eggs

Bahan  : ( Ingredients : )

6                     telur  (eggs )
2       tbsps   teh hitam   ( black tea  )
1/2  cup       kecap asin ( soy sauce )
1 /2 tbsp     bumbu ngohiong  ( five spice powder )
1       tbsp     garam
air ( water )

Cara Membuat  : ( Methods : )

1.     Rebus telur selama 6 menit sesudah airnya mendidih (  bring eggs to the boil and simmer for 6 minutes )
2.    Buang airnya , dan  retakan kulit telur dengan senduk ( Pour water off,  tap all over the eggs with spoon to crack shells )
3.    Masukkan  kembali telur dan semua bahan kepanci , didihkan ,  rebus 6  menit , matikan api , biarkan  telurnya sampai airnya menjadi dingin , angkat telurnya.  ( Place the eggs and remaining ingredients  bring to boil  , simmering  for 6  minute , turn off the stove,  allow   the water cool dawn, drain )

Telur siap disajikan untuk menghias nasi hainam ( Use eggs  as a garnish for Hainam rice )
