Talam ubi / Sweet Potatoes CakeBahan  : ( Ingredients : )

Bagian bawah😦 B0ttom  layer: )

750  gr        ubi jalar kukus, haluskan ( steamed sweet potatoes , blended )
1        cup     air mendidih  ( boiling water )
4        tbsp   tepung beras  ( rice flour )
3/4   cup    tepung kanji ( tapioka flour )
250  gr        gula (sugar )
2       cup      santan cair (  light coconut milk  )

Bagian atas : ( Top  layer : )
2    cup        santan kental ( thick coconut milk )
2    tbsp       rice  flour ( rice flour )
150    gr      tepung  kanji ( tapioka flour )
sedikit garam ( pinch of salt )

Cara membuat :  ( Method : )
1.    Campur tepung beras ke air mendidih sambil diaduk, campurkan pula bahan lainnya, aduk rata dan saring.
( Mix well rice flour into boiling water,combaining all  the remaining  ingredients and sifted )
2.     Tuang adonan ke mangkuk yangg telah diolesi minyak dan kukus setengah matang. (Pour them into a greased bowl and steam half cooked )
3.    Campur semua bahan bagian atas dan tuang ke adonan bagian bawag, kukus lagi kira-kira 25 menit .(  Mix all top ingredients and then pour on bottom layer, steam for another 25 minutes )
4.     Potong- potong setelah kue betul- betul dingin. ( Cool completely before cutting the cake )
