Vietnamese Spring Rolls

Vietnamese Spring RoolsBahan :  (  Ingredients :  )
1        packet round rice paper sheets
1        cup steamed chicken, shredded,  mixed with  1 tbsp soy sauce, salt
1        cup boiled prawn , sliced in the middle lengthway mixed with sweet chilli sauce
1        carrot, peeled, grated, mixed with a little bit fish sauce
1        cup bean sprout
1/2   spanish onion, finely chopped
1        lebanese cucumber, halved  and sliced finely
1        cup  shredded iceberg lettuce or pieces of green oak lettuce
3        spring onions,sliced finely lengthways
1/2   cup mixed herbs, chopped  ( corriander,basil, mint leaves )

Cara Membuat :  (  Method  : )

1.      Soak 1 rice paper sheet in a plate of water and place on another plate.Arrange a piece of green oak lettuce, chicken or prawn, carrot, bean sprout, onion, cucumber, spring onion, mixed herb in a line along the top of rice paper, fold from the top to the filling , fold the two sides into the centre over the filling , roll up.

If you like to eat this spring rolls with dipping sauce ,  mixed :

3   tbsp fish sauce
2   tbsp  water
2   tbsp  fresh lime juice
2  tbsp rice vinegar
1  clove finely chopped garlic
1   tbsp sugar
1  long red chili , deseeded , finely chopped

You can fill the spring rolls with vermecelli noodles, boiled and drained
