Bubur / Congee Chinese Sausage

Bubur  / Congee Chinese Sausage
BAHAN    :  ( INGREDIENTS   : )
1  cup     beras   (  rice  )
8  cup     air ( water )
4  tbsp    beras ketan  ( glutinous rice )
3   pcs     lap ciong  di tim dan iris (  chinese sausages , steam for 10 mnt,  then slice )
2  tbsp    minyak wijen ( sesame oil )
5  cm       jahe, kupas, iris korek api ( ginger, peeled , finely sliced )
garam , lada, bawang goreng, telur asin rebus , telur ayam
( salt, pepper, fried onions, boiled salty eggs , chicken eggs )
kecap asin, cabe rawit iris
( soy sauce , sliced chillies  )

CARA     MEMBUAT  :   (  METHODS  :  )
1.      Masak  beras, ketan,  garam , air  sampai mendidih dan kecilkan api, aduk- aduk sampai jadi kental, kalau terlalu kental
bisa ditambahkan air panas.masak kira-kira 1-2 jam
(  Pook  rice, glutinous rice, water bring to boil then reduce  to the lowest heat, stirring from time to time until you
have conssistency creamy  porridge , if thickens too much , stir in a little boiling water , cook for 1-2 hours )
2.     Tambahkan irisan jahe, minyak wijen, irisan lap ciong ,  masak 5 menit lagi.
( Add ginger, sesame oil, chinese sausages, cook for 5 minutes )
3.     Taruh telur ayam dimangkuk, tuangkan bubur diatasnya , aduk buburnya, taburi bawang goreng, lada, tambahkan telur
asin  atau ayam tim . Kecap asin dicampur dengan cabe rawit dipiring kecil sebagai sambalnya .
( place  egg in the bowl, pour the porridge, stirr the porridge, garnish with fried onions, add salty eggs or steam chicken.
