Kai Lan Saus Tiram  / Chinese Brocoli  Oyster Sauce
Bahan- bahan  : ( Ingredients  : )
2        bunches  kai lan, bersihkan dan potong- potong ( chinese brocoli , clean and cut )
2       clvs   bawang putih , haluskan ( garlic , crushed )
1/2   bawang bombay, iris-iris ( onion, sliced )
2        sliced  jahe , haluskan ( ginger , crushed )
2        tbsps  minyak sayur ( vegetable oil )
3        tbsps  saus tiram  ( 0yster sauce )
2        tbsps  arak masak  ( chinese cooking wine )
1        tbsp   gula
air es ( cold water )

Cara membuat  : ( Method  : )
1.       Rebus kailan diair mendidih sebentar 2-3 menit  , angkat kailannya  masukkan ke air es, tiriskan ,taruh dipiring saji.
( Cook chinese brocoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, drain, put in the cold water, drain, transfer to serving plate )
2.       Panaskan minyak , masukan, bawang bombay, putih, jahe, masak sampai harum, baru masukkan arak, saus tiram, gula,
aduk rata dan tuang  di kai lannya . ( Heat the oil, add garlic, onion, ginger until the fragrant come out , add wine, oyster
oyster sauce , sugar. stirred  well and pour over the chinese brocoli )

* Kalau mau kelihatan bagus pisahkan batang kailan ,daunnya dan ikat dengan benang, baru rebus dan susun dipiring saji.
( It’s look beautiful if separate the stems , leaves and thight with the string then boil and place in the serving plate )
