NASI TIM AYAM / CHICKEN STEAM RICE
Bahan  : ( Ingredients : )
Nasi  : ( Rice 🙂
2      cups     beras  (  rice )
5     cups      air kaldu ayam  ( chicken stock )|
2     tbsps     minyak wijen  ( sesame oil )

Ayam :  (Chicken  : )
500 gr      daging ayam, iris  ( chicken fillet , sliced )
1       can    jamur  ( mushroom )
1/2  cup   air  ( water )
2       tbsps  minyak sayur  ( vegetable oil )
2       tbsps  kecap manis  ( sweet soy sauce  )
2       tbsps saus tiram  ( oyster sauce )
arak masak ( shaoxing wine  )

Kuah ayam : ( Chicken stock  : )
1     bag  tulang ayam ( chicken bones )
5     cloves  bawang putih  ( garlic , crushed  )
4     cm jahe ( ginger, crushed )
3     lt air ( water )
Semuanya  dimasak  sampai mendidih dan saring  buang  tulang ayamnya .(  Boiled all together and drain to get the clear chicken stock )

bawang putih , garam, lada  ( puree garlic, salt, pepper )

Cara membuat  : ( Method : )
Nasi  : ( Rice : )
1.     Gongseng bawang putih sampai harum. Masukkan berasnya aduk , kuah ayam,  kecap asin, garam  masak sampai kuahnya habis.
( Saute garlic until fragant. Add the rice, stirred, add chicken stock,  salty soy sauce, salt, cook  until water  absorb )

 Ayam  : ( Chicken : )
1.      Gongseng bawang putih  sampai harum. Tambahkan  ayam , air, kecap, saus tiram, arak masak, garam, lada dan jamurnya masak sampai ayamnya matang.
( Saute garlic, add chicken, water, soy sauce,  wine, salt, pepper , mushroom , and cook until chicken tender  )

Masukkan ayamnya ke mangkuk dan tutup dengan berasnya, kukus  30 menit .

( Place the chicken into small bowls and cover with the rice , steam  30 minutes )
