PEAR - BERRY CAKE

Bahan  : ( Ingredients  :  )
1            can  (  825     gr )    pear , saring  (  drained )
1 1/2   cup   tepung   untuk membuat roti ,  ayak  ( self raising  flour,  sifted )
1/3      cup  gula   (  sugar )
1           telur, dikocok  (  egg, lighty beaten )
1/2      cup   minyak  sayur  ( vegetable oil  )
1/2      cup  campuran berry beku  ( mix frozen berries  )

Cara membuat  :  (  Method  : )
1.     Haluskan   setengah dari jumlah pear, sisanya di potong – potong .Campurkan keduanya.
( Pure half of the pear and chop remaining pears. Gently fold together  )
2.     Campurkan semua bahan, aduk rata, masukkan keloyang yang telah diolesi mentega.
( Mix all ingredients , pour to the greasy pan  )
3.     Panggang hingga matang di oven 180 derajat , di loyang 15x 25 cm  selama  45 menit.
( Bake in oven 180 degree ,  in pan 15 x 25 cm  for 45 minutes )
