BOLU BUAH / FRUIT CAKE

Bahan : ( Ingredients : )

1       cup   apel kering, potong-potong  (   coarsely chopped   dried apple )
1       cup   peach kering potong-potong  (coarsely  chopped   dried peaches )
1       cup  cranberry
1       cup  apricot kering potong-potong  ( coarsley chopped apricot )
1       cup  kismis  ( sultana )
1 3/4   cups ( 300 gr  ) terigu cakra  , ayak  ( self raising flour, sifted )
1        cup   gula  merah  ( brown sugar )
4        telur  ( eggs )
250  gr  mentega  (  butter )
1       teaspoon  bumbu lapis  ( mixed spice  )

Cara Membuat : ( Method : )
1.      Campur tepung terigu dengan bumbu lapis, sisihkan   ( Mix  together  the flour , mixed spice. Set aside. )
2.      Kocok mentega , gula bersamaan , tambahkan telur satu persatu   ketika diaduk dikocok  (  Cream together butter and brown sugar together add eggs , one at a time, while stirring. )
3.     Tambahkan tepung keadonan mentega, aduk rata, dan tambahkan  buah keringnya , aduk rata   (  Add the flour mixture  gardually to the butter blend, stir  in the fruit  . )
4.      Taruh adonan ke loyang  18 x 18 cm yang telah dialasi kertas roti, panggang 150 c kira-kira 2 1/2 jam (  Put into grease baking pan 18 x 18 cm  and bake 150 C  in the oven for 2 1/2 hours  )

Setelah kue didinginkan bisa disemir dengan :
(   Glazing the cake when the cake is cool : )

300   gr   gula halus  (  icing sugar )
4         tbsps  rum
Semuanya di campur  dan tuangkan diatas kuenya .
(  mix the glasing together and put it on top of  the cake  )
