Ayam Garing / Karaage
Bahan : ( Ingredients : )
400   gr          daging paha  ayam tanpa tulang, potong- potong ( thight  fillet , sliced )
2        tbsps     air jahe  ( ginger juice )
2        tbsps     arak masak  ( dry sherry / sake  )
1        tsp          minyak wijen  ( sesame oil )
2        tbsp       kecap  ikan ( soy sauce )
garam , lada , gula secukupnya  ( salt , pepper , sugar  to taste )
tepung maizena / tepung kentang  ( corn flour / potato starch )
minyak sayur untuk menggoreng( vegetable oil )

Cara membuat  :  ( Method : )
1. Campur daging ayam dengan air jahe, arak masak, minyak wijen, kecap ikan, garam ,lada, gula.
Biarkan selama 1 jam, kemudian ayam dimasukan ke tepung maizena dan digoreng .

( Marinate chicken with ginger juice, sake, sesame oil, soy sauce ,salt, pepper, sugar for an hour, then  roll the chicken  into the flour and fry )

 

Dapat dimakan dengan sambal botol atau saus tomat.
