Ketupat Sayur Betawi

Bahan : ( Ingredients : )
1    kg          pepaya muda   yang agak besar, kupas, potong bentuk korek api 
                     ( young pepaya, peeled  julienned )
4   tbsp      ebi  diseduh , tiriskan, haluskan ( dried shrimps, put in hot water, drain, crushed )
2   lt            santan dari 2 kelapa ( coconut milk from 2 coconut )
3   pcs        daun salam ( bay leaves )
5   cm        lengkuas, memarkan ( galangal , crushed )
3   pcs       serai,ambil bagian putihnya, memarkan ( lemongrass, take the white part, smashed )
3  tbsp      minyak sayur  ( vegetable  oil )
 garam , gula secukupnya  ( salt ,sugar to taste )
 bawang goreng, kerupuk, ketupat .

Haluskan :   ( blended   : )
10    pcs    bawang merah   ( red onion )
  5    clvs   bawang putih  ( garlic )
 10    pcs     cabe merah besar, buang bijinya  ( long  red chilies, deseeded )
  1    tsp       terasi   (   shrimp paste )

Cara Membuat  : (  Methods : )
1.    Panaskan minyak goreng , tumis bumbu halus , ebi  sampai harum, masukkan santan,salam,lengkuas,serai ,didihkan
       ( Heat the oil, blended ingredients , dried shrimps  until fragrants, add coconut milk,  bayleaves, galangal, lemongrass
        make b0iling  )
2.    Tambahkan pepaya  muda , garam,gula  dan masak sampai pepaya lunak  .
        ( Add young pepaya,  salt, sugar and cook till the pepaya soft )

Penyajian   dengan  :  ( Served  with  : )

1.   Ketupat  dipotong-potong , siram sayur diatasnya , bawang goreng, kerupuk.
2.   Biasanya ditambahkan  SEMUR TAHU, KENTANG
