Sosis Solo2

Bahan  Kulit : (  Skin Ingredients : )
250     gr  terigu   ( flour )
1            telur ( egg )
1/2       tsp    garam ( salt )
3            cups    santan cair  / susu ( coconut milk / milk )
3            tbsp   minyak  sayur (  vegetable oil )

2           telur kocok dengan sedikit air  ( whisk eggs with a little bit water )

Bahan Isi : (   Filling  : )
300     gr   daging cincang  ( beef mince )
3           cls    bawang putih , haluskan ( garlic, paste )
8            bawang merah  ( small red onion , paste )
1            telur, kocok  (egg  ,whisk )
50         ml  santan kental   ( coconut milk )
1/2       sdt  ketumbar  bubuk  ( corriander seeds  powder )
1/4       sdt  jintan ( cumin )
1            tbsp    bawang goreng  ( fried  small red onion )
3            tbsp  kecap manis  ( sweet soy sauce )
garam , lada , gula secukupnya ( salt, pepper, sugar to taste )
3            tbsp minyak  sayur  untuk menumis  ( vegetable oil   for fry )

Cara   Membuat  :   ( Methods : )
1.   Kulit   : Campur semua bahan kulit dan dadar tipis – tipis ukuran garis tengah 20 cm
( Skin    :  Mix all  skin ingredients  and make a thin omelet the size of 20 cm )
2.   Isi       :  Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang, masukkan daging , masak hingga berubah warna dan masukkan sisa bahan terahir masukan telur, aduk rata.  ( Heat the oil, add garlic, red onion ,mince, cook until it changes color , and add the rest ingredients and the last add egg, mix well. )
3.   Isi tiap lembar kulit  dan taruh 2 sendok makan isi, gulung seperti membuat lumpia.
( Fill each sheet  of skin with  2  tablespoons of the  filling, and roll seems to make spring rolls )
4.   Celupkan kekocokan telur dengan air dan goreng sampai kuning kecoklatan.
( Dip the roll into the whisk eggs and fry until golden brown )
5.   Sajikan dengan sambal botol.
( Serve with  chili sauce )
