Sweet – Sour Pork Ribs

Bahan – Bahan : ( Ingredients : )

500    gr     iga babi, potong – potong  ( pork spare ribs , chop)
1          tsp   garam ( salt  )
1          telur,  kocok  (  egg, whisk )
Tepung jagung ( corn flour  )
Minyak    ( oil  )
1/2     tsp       bawang putih cincang  ( minced garlic )
1/2     tsp       jahe  parut  ( finely chopped ginger  )
1          tbsp    kecap manis ( sweet soya sauce )
2          tbsps  arak masak (  cooking wine )
2          tbsps  saus tomat ( tomato sauce )
3          tbsps   gula ( sugar )
2          tbsps   cuka beras  ( rice vinegar )
1          tbsp     irisan daun bawang  ( chopped spring onions )
1          cabe merah , buang biji, iris halus ( red chilli ,seeded, finely sliced )

Cara Membuat :  ( Methods : )
1.        Campur iga dengan garam dan telur, balut dengan tepung  jagung, goreng                                                            (Mix the ribs with salt and egg , coat with corn flour , deep fry )
2.        Panaskan   1  sendok makan minyak, masukkan bawang putih, jahe , aduk sampai harum  dan         tambahkan sisa bahan dan kentalkan dengan 1 sendok makan cairan sagu .Setelah saus  masak masukkan iga gorengnya, aduk rata .
( Heat 1 tbsp oil, add garlic, ginger, stir until fragrant and add  all ingredients,thicken with 1 tablespoon cornflour paste. When the sauce start bubbling  add the cooked  ribs, mix and toss .)
