Dadar Manis / Sweet Pan Cake

Bahan – Bahan :  ( Ingredients  : )
Dadar  : ( Pan cake  : )

500  gr    tepung terigu , ayak ( plain flour, sifted  )
350 ml     air hangat ( warm water )
1       tsp    minyak sayur  (  vegetable oil )
 Isi : (  Filling  : )
Pasta kacang merah manis ( sweet red bean paste )
Gula halus untuk  penyajian  ( caster sugar  to serve )
2       tbsp minyak   sayur (  vegetable oil  )

Cara membuat :  ( Method : )
1.    Tuangkan sedikit- sedikit air ke terigu sambil diaduk kemudian aduk dengan dicampurkan minyak sampai adonan kalis, tutupi dengan lap basah. Diamkan 30 menit.
(      Pour in the water into the flour , mixing, then stirr  in the oil, knead the dough into firm. Cover with a damp towel . Leave for 30 minutes  )

2.    Gilas adonan kira – kira  10 menit, bagi adonan jadi 4 , gulung memanjang tiap adonan dan iris menjadi  8 lembar , tipiskan menjadi 15 cm garis tengahnya . Panggang di pan dengan api kecil.
(       Knead the dough for 10 minutes ,  divide it into 4 , roll each portion and cut into 8 pieces , flatten pancake into 15 cm circle. Heat the pancake in the pan with low heat. )

3.      Sapukan  setiap dadar dengan 1 sendok  pasta kacang  ke seluruh  permukaannya,  gulung ,  pipihkan.
( Smear each pancake with 1 tablespoon red bean paste evenly, roll , flattened. )

4.        Panaskan minyak di pan dadar,  kecilkan api, goreng dadar gulung sampai kuning kecoklatan .
(  Heat the oil in fry pan, reduce the heat to low and shallow fry the rolls until golden brown . )

5.        Potong  dadar gulung menjadi 2, sajikan hangat – hangat  dengan ditaburi gula halus.
( Cut the roll into 2 , sprinkle with the sugar , serve hot )
