Wo Tie / Grill Dumpling

Wo Tie ? Grill Dumpling
Bahan – Bahan :   ( Ingredients : )
Kulit  : ( The skin  : )
2  1/2     cup      terigu   (  flour )
1   1/4    cup  air mendidih   (  hot water  )
1/2     cup  air es  ( cold water )
Aduk rata  terigu dengan air panas, diamkan 10 menit . Tambahkan air es, diamkan lagi 20 menit .
( Mix the flour with  boiling water, leave for 10 minutes , then mix with ice water , leave for 20 minutes )
Bentuk  bundar tipis, garis tengah 7  cm  ( make  a thin circle diameter 7 cm )

Kulit bisa beli jadi  (  Skin can use  the ready one )

Isi   : (  Filling : )
200       gr    daging babi cincang   ( pork mince )
150        gr    udang cincang  (  prawn mince )
1              tbsp      bawang merah   tumbuk  ( shallot paste  )
1              tsp         bawang putih   tumbuk  ( garlic paste )
1              tsp         jahe  tumbuk ( ginger paste )
1              tbsp      kecap ikan   (  light soy sauce )
1              tbsp      arak masak  ( rice wine  )
1              tbsp      minyak wijen  ( sesame oil )
400        gr         pecai , diremas dengan air panas sampai lunak
( chinese  leaf, blanch with boiling water until soft )

Campur semua bahan untuk isi,  letakkan dikulit, bentuk seperti pada gambar .
( mix all the filling ingredients , fill into the skin,  form like in the picture  )

Cara  Membuat   :  ( Method : )

1.    Panaskan  2 sendok makan minyak  di  pan, susun 10  kwo tie , kalau bawahnya sudah kering ,siram dengan  150 ml air , pan nya ditutup, masak sampai airnya habis.
(  Heat  2 tbsp oil in frying pan ,arrange 10 dumpling,  if the base is browned, pour about 150 ml water, cook until water evaporated )
